Como parte de su rol, es líder de la práctica de subcontratación, el centro de llamadas y los proyectos de consultoría. Ivelisse ha dirigido muchos proyectos como parte de nuestro negocio de consultoría, incluyendo auditorías, armonización de beneficios, comunicaciones y procesos de inscripción anual. Ivelisse es madre de tres varoncitos. A Ivelisse le gustan los días de playa con la familia y ver a sus hijos jugar baloncesto.
